Each member will need each of the following uniform components:
Service Coat – M1912 or M1917
Breeches – M1912 (wool)
Shirt
Overseas Cap – American, British or French styles (wool)
Puttees
Trouser belt
Drawers
Dog TagsSchipperfabrik offers the best reproduction uniform available on the market and is the only source for a reproduction uniform that we recommend. Schipperfabrik offers both the M1912 and the M1917 service coat – both correct and appropriate for an 80th Division impression.
Schipperfabrik offers the option of a custom made uniform, to your measurements with delivery in about 8-10 weeks, or a uniform off the rack for quicker delivery. We recommend ordering a uniform off the rack.
A complete uniform – tunic, breeches, shirt, overseas cap, collar disks and puttees – can be purchased $425.95. Also available are a set of dog tags and the M1904 trouser belt. There are several members of the unit that will be able to stamp the dog tags for you.
